It is also walking distance to many of the Paris museum, the Champs Elysees and of course, the Seine.

This elegant condominium is located in a small building, fully refurbished in 2005, set back from the street.
There is a nice lobby and elevator, intercom and security keys to enter the front gate and the front door.
The apartment is very bright and cheerful. It has a small foyer on one side, a handbasin and WC.
Across the other side of this room is a fully equipped kitchen with and a window, allowing in plenty of natural light.
The living room is very spacious and has two large windows,and the large sofa converts to a double bed for an extra two guests.
