Apartment Seine is located between the Louvre, the Seine, and close to the famous square of Saint-Germain-des-Près where the famous Serge Gainsbourg once lived

The apartment is very traditionally French and some of the “charm” of this apartment may not suit everybody’s tastes.

An example is that being an ancient building, the floor boards creak or there may not be a proper wardrobe, rather shelving and an area, where there’s a washing machine and hanging space.

You will definitely be experiencing the essence of real a real Parisian lifestyle in this apartment; bright and spacious. With high ceilings, a calm view onto the streets of St Germain and an antique yet elegant look, this apartment will provide you with the best and most genuine of Parisian experiences. The area is world-renowned for its high-end boutiques, art galleries, outdoor cafes and restaurants.

The location is also perfect for exploring the rest of the city as it is situated right by ‘metro’ lines 4 & 10.

The apartment boasts a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, washing machine, central heating and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Linens and towels are provided and a cleaning service is available upon request. You will find a king size bed in the bedroom and two large single beds in the living room. An extra bed can be added upon request. If used as a second bedroom, the living is very private as it can be shut off from the rest of the apartment completely.

The apartment also has wireless internet, satellite television and a HIFI system.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Close to many attractions and loaded with character and everything that you might need during your visit to Paris. Ivan, who met us and explained everything was incredibly helpful to us with our very limited French language skills. We would love to return here and hope to do so before too long. Highly recommended!

This appartment was in a great location. We felt very safe here and the area was also safe walking back from our various tourist attractions late at night that were all within walking distance. We walked to nearly every tourist attraction incl the Eiffel tower and Arch de triomphe, the louvre was literally around the corner and across the bridge. There is also a supermarket close by and some lovely cafes to have dinner in within the same street and round the corner. The instructions on table were great and use of internet was a great bonus. Having washing machine was a great bonus. We would recommend this place to our friends.

This lovely, spacious apartment is in an ideal location near cafes, shops and only a couple of blocks from the Musee d'Orsay. The word 'charming' (in a good way) springs to mind, as the apartment is decorated in an eclectic mix of furniture and art. As mentioned elsewhere, it's complete with the original squeaky floorboards which are quite noisy. It was a perfect size for our family of 4, with the kids sleeping on a day bed/trundle bed. There's a Metro stop not far away but many of the major sights are in walking distance. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator-very welcome at the end of a long day of sightseeing. This is a great base from which to enjoy Paris and to wander the Saint-Germain area.

We absolutely loved apartment Seine. It is so authentic, in a fantastic location, short walk to Musee'D'Orsay, Seine, excellent cafe/restaurants (Cafe l'Empire and le Fregate), St Germain and Rue le Bac metro stations. The apartment is really large with plenty of living space and all the basics (+wifi). It is not a 5 star but that is part of its charm- from the squeaky floorboards to low chairs and numerous lamps. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so not ideal. Would definitely stay here again- a true Paris experience!

Very nice appartment. It is located in the St. Germain district and close to transportation and great restaurants, bars and transport. We stayed for 6 days with a family of 5, and it was very comfortable. The appartment is authentic, comfirmed by the sqeeky floorboards. However, there is only 1 bathroom, and that does requires some flexibility if you're with extended family (partners). We would definitely hire this appartment again if we would visit Paris again.

We could not have been happier with the apartment location and concierge. She did not speak English, which would have probably been okay anyway, but my mother speaks french and it did help. The neighborhood felt very safe, and super convenient. It's a big apartment for Paris, and Europe in general. The apartment is a little dated, like visiting your grandmother's, but very homey at the same time. After staying in an apartment I'll never go back to hotels. We walked around ALL DAY, and got to come "home" to relax and lounge. Having a kitchen table and refrigerator is a MUST in Paris. The boutique grocery stores are nothing short of fabulous. Cheeses, yogurts, and pastries to stuff in your fridge! It was also nice to have the washing machine, and there was even a fan to help dry your clothes on the rack. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again!
