A centrally located, very bright and cosy apartment, with a lovely view of the infamous Parisian rooftops.
Being situated in the center of the very fashionable Saint-Germain-des-Près, you are three minutes from the Seine and the Musée du Louvre, and five minutes from the Musée d’Orsay, all on foot!
The apartement is situated near to Place St Germain-Des-Prés, where you will find a vast quantity of good restaurants and well-known historicals cafés, such as Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots. Should you prefer to dine at home, there are two delicatessens and a huge supermarket where you will be able to find the finest French products.
The apartment is 42 m2 (451 square feet), situated on the 4th floor (American 5th floor) with elevator, and sleeps up to four guests (2+2). It is very sunny and warm and has a beautiful view of the parisian rooftops. It has a living room with a dining table that accommodates four very comfortably, a sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children), a flat screen television with a DVD player and satellite television, as well as a wireless internet connection. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two large windows, a good-sized wardrobe, and a beautiful fireplace. The bathroom has a bath-tub, with hand-held shower, as well as a washing machine. The WC is separate to the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, fridge/freezer) and all dishes and linens are provided.
A cleaning and ironing service are available upon request.

Situated in an ideal area to visit all the sites of Paris. Lovely apartment for short term stay. We stayed one week. Easy access to Metro and alot of sites within walking distance. Nice people to deal with and reliable - thankyou Juan. I am happy to reccomend this organisation to others.
