The cleverly designed staircase leads to a second, larger room where there is a double sofa bed, a television with cable (English-language channels), a DVD player, and telephone.

An extra bed can be added to sleep a third guest however this apartment is most suitable for couples.

Apartment Brochant is on metro line 13 which is handy for travelling to the left bank in little time. Bus 54 also passes in the main boulevard, two minutes walk from the apartment and goes as far as Hotel de Ville, right near Notre Dame.
