Located on the third floor of the 19th Century building constructed in 1830, this 40sqm (or 430 Sq ft) apartment is full of charm, with a warm and intimate atmosphere.
In July 2010, we completely renovated the flat with the assistance from Romain Dard, a young talented architect and interior designer.
The main room (around 25sqm or 270 sq ft) combines a living area, a dining space and an open kitchen. The brilliant kitchen is fully equipped, to make your stay even more pleasant: dish-washer, induction cookers, traditional and microwave mixed oven, large fridge and freezer, not to forget a coffee machine and a toaster.
The living room will be the perfect place to relax. There are two comfortable club armchairs and a large sofa-bed, sleeping another two people.
A large closet is at your disposal: you will find an iron and ironing board, as well as a baby cot should you require it.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
