A cosy, incredibly central studio apartment, sleeping up to a maximum of four guests. Apartment Xavier Privas is located on the first floor (second floor U.S.A.) of a very safe building right in the heart of the left bank. The area is one of the liveliest areas in Paris, both during the day and at night. The apartment however is accessed through a small courtyard which means it is situated away from the actual street; it also has double-glazed windows and is therefore very quiet.

There are two double sofa beds with very comfortable mattresses. There is one bathroom with shower and W.C. The bathroom also has a small heater installed for the winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, oven, electric stove, and a coffee maker: coffee, tea, sugar, oil and salt are all provided for guest use.

In terms of location, Apartment Xavier Privas is right in the heart of the left bank, close to metro Saint Michel (line 4 & RER B, which goes directly to both international airports). The area is known as the best for typically French restaurants, bars and cinemas (located close by at metro Odeon).
