A wonderful, tranquil apartment sleeping up to four guests, Apartment Sèvres I, is a great choice for family holidays.

Located on the first (and last) floor of a lovely building, looking over a small private courtyard, the apartment is fully furnished to make your stay in Paris as comfortable as can be. The building is very safe: two separate security codes are required to enter.

The 44 sq. meter apartments was renovated in December 2010 and provides all the necessary modern comforts. The master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and there is a second sleeping area located in the mezzanine, sleeping a further two guests.

The main room is composed of a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining table seating up to four people. There is a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen television, with several English-language channels. The bathroom, with shower, also leads of this main room.

Located right on the border of the 6th and 7th arrondissements, the location of this apartment could not be more central or more exclusive. Most major tourist sites can be reached on foot (the infamous Latin Quarter and the Eiffel Tower for example). Otherwise, the area is very well connected to the Parisian public transport system, should you want to venture a little further.

We would recommend this apartment to families with two young children as the mezzanine sleeping area has quite a low roof.

This apartments may also be booked along with Apartment Sèvres II as these two apartments are situated in the same building, therefore sleeping up to a maximum of twelve guests.
