A cosy 35 sqm apartment conveniently situated, perfect for exploring the city.
Apartment Rue Cail is located in a typical 1900 Parisian (Haussmanian) building, full of character. The flat is located on the ground floor. It is well away from the street so you can be sure it will be very quiet. The main building is opened with a code, so very safe as well.
The flat is composed of the main living room, bedroom, a bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen and dining/sleeping area. The main living area has a flatscreen TV with no less than 180 channels including Bloomberg, France24 (English), MTV, movie channels, National Geographic, and many more. There is also a DVD player.
The bedroom, suitable for up to 4 people, includes a table with chairs, a king sized bed and a mattress in the mezzanine. All necessary bed linens and pillows are provided.
The flat is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes, pans, and all other utensils you may require during your stay. There is also a washing machine should you need it. You’ll be able to buy food without going very far: there is a convenience store right next to the building’s entrance.
The apartment is located right at the top of the lovely Canal Saint Martin: the nearest metro stop, ‘La Chappelle’ connects directly to Gare du Nord, which connects to no less than 6 different metro lines including the RER B, which goes directly to both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports. Rue Cail is therefore a great base from which to explore.

Perfect apartment for our family. Our 9 year old loved the bunkbeds - all beds were very comfortable, lovely sheets, pillows, duvets. Very quiet inner courtyard room. Everything you need, with a lovely dining table, guidebooks, wifi and a welcome bottle of wine from owners. A convenience store across the street, and Maison Bichon (excellent patisserie) on the corner. Convenient to a number of metro lines. From airport, we took metro to Gare du Nord and walked over. Lovely helpful concierge. Enjoy!
