Apartment Goncourt III is a particularly special accommodation choice as it is lucky enough to have a wonderful furnished terrace overlooking Avenue Parmentier: perfect for croissants in the morning or an aperitif in the evening.

Renovated in 2008, this one bedroom apartment has both a classical and modern feel to it. It is composed of a living/dining area, with an open fully equipped kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, comfortably sleeping two guests. There is a separate double bedroom sleeping another two guests.

The kitchen, although small is fully equipped with what guests may require throughout their stay, including pots and pans, all utensils, plates, a toaster, and kettle amongst other appliances.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate room leading off the bathroom has a washing machine (no dryer).

Guests are close to metro Goncourt (line 11) and Parmentier (line 3). These are both incredibly convenient metro lines, making your discovery of Paris very easy.

The apartment is also situated in the same building as apartments Goncourt I, Goncourt II and Parmentier and the apartments can be booked together for larger groups.
