The apartment is composed of a bright and spacious living/dining room, with a fully equipped open kitchen: there is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and plates guests may require during their stay. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and plenty of closet space. Across the hall, guests will find a very modern bathroom with a large shower and a separate powder room with WC.

The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a beautiful, quiet, typically Parisian building. The apartment building is found across a small courtyard and is well away from the street and therefore very calm.

The apartment is located close to metro stations ‘Parmentier’ (line 3) and ‘Oberkampf’ (lines 5 & 9), therefore exploring the city is very easy. Bus 96 also stops in the street parallel to the apartment and stops in the Marais as well as the Left Bank. The equally trendy Canal Saint Martin is only 9 minutes walk from the apartment door whilst one of the most well-known shopping areas in Paris, Rue Vieille du Temple, is only 12 minutes walk from the apartment.
